This is an independent blog solely about the happenings with the Penn State Men’s basketball program. The name of the blog comes from Steve Jones, the PSU basketball play-by-play commentator. This will inevitably be Jones’ call the next time Talor Battle hits a game-winning shot. This blog was once known as Crispin and Cream, but all that has changed is the name and the URL.

About me. I’m currently a Junior at PSU, majoring in Kinesiology. I grew up in Harrisburg and played football in high school. Despite my love for the game, I did not play varsity basketball. I blame my ethnicity and my 5′7″ frame for that. PSU basketball has had way too big of an impact on my life, but I’m not afraid to admit it. I’ve been a fan since birth. I have witnessed more 30+ point losses in my life than wins against ranked basketball teams. Joe Crispin was my childhood idol.  I believe I still have my autographed Jan Jagla growth chart, somewhere. You might know me as that pale kid who almost killed Talor Battle last season after the Illinois game.
